The $100 booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, NO exceptions! If you need to reschedule at any time, you will be required to send a new $100 booking fee. If you need to reschedule less than 72 hours before your appointment, you will also be charged HALF the amount of that service before being allowed to reschedule to a later date. A same-day reschedule will be charged the FULL service amount before being allowed to reschedule. It is difficult for me to fill your spot with another client with such short notice.
When you book your appointment, you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to all of Studio E Brow Artistry’s policies. It is your responsibility to thoroughly read all prep info and policies prior to sending the booking fee.
You will not be refunded your $100 booking fee if you need to cancel your appointment at any time, for any reason - NO exceptions. If you cancel and want to book a new appointment at a later date, you will be required to send a new $100 booking fee and will be subject to any new pricing and policies.
If you cancel within 72 hours of your appointment, you will be charged HALF the amount of your cancelled appointment. A same-day cancellation or no-call/no-show will be charged the FULL service amount. Also, if you no-call/no-show your appointment, I will NOT accept you as a future client.
I have a 10 minute late policy. Please call, text or DM me as soon as you can if you are going to be late! Being more than 10 minutes late to your appointment will result in the forfeit of your $100 booking fee and cancellation of your appointment. A cancellation due to lateness will be considered a “no-show” and you will be charged the FULL service price. If you are traveling from out of town, please allow plenty of time to account for traffic, weather and parking.
If you arrive early, please wait in your car or outside the salon and text me to let me know. I will text you when I am ready and come to the front door to let you in. I work back to back with no breaks, so I will not be able to take you earlier than your scheduled time.
Touch up’s must be done 6-10 weeks (8-12 weeks for Lip Blush) after your initial session. If you need to reschedule, I won’t be able to fit you in within the required timeframe and it will be a 3-9 month touch up depending on my availability. Additional fees will apply for the type of service you reschedule to, not the price of the original touch up.
No one under the age of 18 is allowed in a tattoo/permanent makeup facility, no exceptions. If you arrive with a minor, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged for the FULL price of the service.
NO guests are allowed in the studio with you. I provide you with my full, undivided attention at your appointment and need the least amount of distractions while I’m working with you.
